Delivery Charges
Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Currently we charge a standard delivery fee of UGX 5,000 in and around Kampala District and UGX 7500 for Kampala metropolitan areas. i.e., Wakiso, Mukono and some areas of Mpigi district. District.
For other parts of Uganda delivery fee starts at UGX15,000 and may vary depending on your exact location.
For East Africa delivery fees start at UGX 50,000 and may vary depending on your exact location.

I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?
Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you place your order. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.
What if I miss a delivery?
If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery. We’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.
How do I schedule my delivery?
If you order any Jasmine product that needs assembly, you’ll be able to schedule your delivery date and time in 4 simple steps:
- Add the product to your basket and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping address. You have the option to pin your location on Google Maps to help us find your address faster.
- Select your delivery date. Available dates will be highlighted in green. Alternatively, click on the default Express delivery date, highlighted in red on the calendar.
